The Justix Franchising Co. franchise-owner training program is extensive. We think it's essential for us to teach you how to operate your Justix restaurant the exact same way we would operate ours. So, you'll participate in up to four full weeks of hands-on training, working side-by-side with Justix Founders, management and experienced employees - opening, preparing the food, serving the food, running the cash register, teaching your employees to respect you, your product & your restaurant. By the time your in-store training is completed, you'll have experience, confidence & most important, “ability” to open your franchise.

Informal training will focus on restaurant philosophy, customer service, office & administration preparation and catering. Franchisees will have flexibility in scheduling this training based on the opening date of their restaurant.

Our commitment to your success is genuine. We will guide you in your location selection, lease negotiation and initial employee training. We'll assist you in establishing your vendor relationships. And our support team will be there with you to insure that your opening is a success.

Our involvement doesn't end when your Justix operation opens for business. We're here to support you, remaining available to consult about operational issues as they arise. And, we will maintain regular contact and will visit periodically to assist you with your business.
